Admission Procedure for Class VII, VIII and IX

• 1.Procedure for Registration
• a· Go to the main website kjpschooljowai.com
• b· Click admission
• c· Click Online Admission
• d· Enter your valid email id
• e· Enter your Full name
• f· Click I am not a Robot
• g· Click Register
• h. After which you will receive one message that contains your user id and password in the email id you have given above.
• i. Click the link in your email, and you will be directed to another page.
• j. Choose your Section (Secondary / Higher Secondary ).

2.      Procedure for payment of Prospectus Fee

• a· Click sbicollect
• b· Accept the terms and conditions stated above
• c· Click Proceed
• d· Select State (Meghalaya)
• e· Select type (Educational Institution)
• f· Click Go
• g· Select KJP School Jowai
• h· Select KJP SYNOD HR SEC SCHOOL JOWAI
• i· Click Submit
• j· Select Prospectus Fee
• k· Enter the date
• l· Enter your name
• m· Enter your Date of Birth
• n· Enter your Mobile No
• o· Enter your Valid Email id
• p· Click Submit
• q· Click Confirm
• r· Choose your payment mode (Net Banking/ Card Payment/ UPI Payment)
• s· Make your Payment of Rs.100/-
• t· Click Download e-receipt
• u· Note down the Sb collect Reference Number

3.      Procedure for filling form

• a· Go back to the previous page where you click sbicollect
• b· Enter your SBI Reference number UPI Transaction ID
• c· Upload your payment receipt
• d· Click Submit
• e· Click OK
• f· Fill all your personal detail
• g· Upload a recent passport (not more than 900 kb)
• h· Verify you are not a robot
• i· Click Final Submit
• j· Click OK
• k· Take a print out of your application form along with the printed form, attach the following documents and submit to the School office Xerox copy of:
• a· Mark sheet
• b· Schedule Tribe
• c· Birth Certificate
• d· Residential Certificate

4.      Procedure to check your application status

• a· After final submit, you will receive one email which contains your application id (Eg KJPS2020*****#####)
• b· Go to the main website kjpschooljowai.com
• c· Click Admission
• d· Click Check admission status
• e· Select your section (Secondary/ 10+2 Science/ 10+2 Arts and Commerce)
• f· Enter your Application id (Eg KJPS2020*****#####)
• g· Click Check Status

5.      Procedure for selected candidate

• a· You will receive one email
• b· Click the link provided in the email for payment
• c· Payment shall be made within 24 hours from the time of selection, failing which lead to cancelation of the seat.
